In early 2024, after reaching the three-year qualifying threshold, I applied for my BBBofC Manager's License. 

By the summer of 2024, I was granted the license and officially began my journey as a boxing manager, working closely with my own management company, Vote Boxing. 

One of my first major steps was signing Ionut Baluta, alongside my coach, Ciaran Duffy of Duffy Boxing. Ionut has been a great friend of mine for many years, and I had always supported him with his contracts and legal matters in the past. 

Our first official fight together as a team was his highly anticipated rematch with Dennis McCann in July 2024. 

In the second half of 2024, I had the privilege of joining Vote Boxing as a Director.
